  • Design, develop and construct 12 architecturally designed buildings over 4 stories with undercroft parking and a rooftop communal terrace.

    It contained 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with views across the national park below the site. This was the first building of this quality and size built in the Blue Mountains LGA.

  • Glenstone acquired the site to develop, design and construct a new industrial building complex on the property.

    The project involved the design and construction of approximately 1700m2 of factory space with ancillary offices and their respective fitouts.

    The project was a success, with the finished product unrivalled in the area of quality of finish and architectural style. The buildings are currently tenanted, with Glenstone Group’s head office located in Unit 1.

    The project was completed in 2020.

  • Design, development and construction of a small complex of five senior living homes including extensive landscaping and communal facilities. Achieved record sale prices for their unique and well-thought-out design.

  • The Yanderra Collection involved the development of four luxury seniors living townhomes, located at 28 Old Bathurst Road, Blaxland.

  • Design, development and construction of a complex of 12 luxury townhouses, redefining the expectations of living and setting a new standard for homes in the Katoomba and the Blue Mountains region. The development sits on the site of the original Katoomba Bowling Club.

    Finishing options include vaulted ceilings, double-glazed windows, rooftop solar, gas fireplaces and soft furnishing packages.

    The project is currently in construction and is estimated for completion in October 2024

  • Glenstone is undertaking the development of a new commercial precinct on a large greenfield site in Emu Plains. The project involves the re-zoning of part of the existing 20,000 sqm site to amalgamate the zoning consistently across the site for its future development.

    The project masterplan includes the development of a 119-place childcare centre, three drive-through restaurants, commercial spaces and five thousand sqm of small to medium enterprise industrial buildings.

    The project is in the planning and documentation phase with the expected commencement of construction on site in 2025.
